Bio-Oil recognised in Sunday Times Top Brands survey

Bio-OIl 60ml cartonSouth African specialist skincare brand Bio-Oil has been recognised as one of the top 10 Personal Care brands in the Sunday Times Top Brands survey.

The annual consumer brand survey is conducted in partnership with global research house TNS to investigate how South Africans experience and rate different brands. The 2014 results were published in the Sunday Times on 31 August.

Kim Lombard, managing director of Evolabs, Bio-Oil’s Southern Africa distributor, said the award is evidence of people’s trust in Bio-Oil. “The simple truth is that Bio-Oil works; it delivers on its promises, and quickly becomes a bathroom cabinet staple. The backbone of our brand is endorsement by medical professionals and user testimonials. This accolade is testimony to the fact that consumers do choose Bio-Oil.”

It was first launched in South Africa in 1987 and today is one of the world’s fastest growing skincare brands, sold in 81 countries across five continents including the UK, the USA and Japan.
