It is time to plan a daytrip to the Winelands for third annual Franschhoek Oesfees at Solms-Delta wine estate on Saturday 27th March 2010.
This year’s feast of music and food of the rural Cape promises to be a rousing, footstomping celebration. Emo Adams, the Radio Kalahari Orkes, Hannes Coetzee and Robbie Jansen are just some of the programme highlights.
Make a date to kuier and vastrap at the end of the harvest with the people of the Franschhoek valley.
Tickets are available through webtickets.co.za, at the farm or Franschhoek Tourism office for R160.00 per person, which includes a meal voucher.
Food stalls will serve traditional kaapse kos throughout the day, and a cash bar for wine and soft drinks will be available.
Entry is free for children under six and half price for under 12yrs.
